Finish it off with glass

A shower curtain hides the walls you just paid for. A frameless glass door shows them off, keeps the water in, and makes a 48" or 60" shower look bigger than it is.

Key Glass Doors are the door line for the Key Signature Package. Choose one with your shower or keep a curtain rod for now — the visualizer shows both in a photo of your own bathroom, hardware matched to your fixture finish.

Sliding or Pivot

Which door fits your bathroom?

Both are frameless glass in the same four finishes. The difference is how the door moves — and how much room it needs to do it.

Sliding

Fit. One panel glides past the other, so nothing swings out into the room. It is the door for tub-width and 60" openings, and for bathrooms where the toilet or vanity sits close to the shower.

Cleaning. Frameless panels mean fewer ledges for soap film. A quick squeegee after the last shower keeps the glass clear.

Good to know. The opening is roughly half the width of the shower, so you step in on one side.

Pivot

Fit. A single door on a pivot hinge that opens out for a wide, clear step-in — the pick for 48" showers and narrower openings. It needs clear floor in front of the shower for the swing.

Cleaning. One panel and no sliding rail to wipe down. Swing it open and every inch of the walls is within reach.

Good to know. We hinge it on the side away from your showerhead unless you tell us otherwise — the same default the visualizer uses.

Keeping the Tub?

Glass works on tubs, too.

Sliding and pivot doors fit tub openings as well as showers. Ready to lose the tub instead? A tub-to-shower conversion is installed in as little as one day.

How It Goes In

Three steps to a glass door

  1. We measure

Every door is fitted to your opening. At your free quote we measure the shower or tub and the floor in front of it, and tell you which style makes sense.

  2. You pick the style and finish

Sliding or pivot, and Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Oil-Rubbed Bronze or Black. Try them in the visualizer, then add a niche, seat or rain shower from Upgrades & Options.

  3. Installed with your shower

The door goes in with the package — walls, base, fixtures and glass, installed in as little as one day. Adding a door to an existing shower or tub? Ask about current Key Bargain pricing.
