Have your invoice handy
The invoice number, the name it was issued to and the property address let us find your account straight away. No invoice in front of you? The address of the job is enough to look it up.

Say you're calling to pay an invoice and we'll take your card over the phone. Ask us to confirm the amount before you read out the card, and please never send card numbers by email or text.

Keep the confirmation
If you'd like a receipt for your records, ask on the call. Anything that doesn't look right on the invoice — a line item, the balance, a payment you've already made — email info@keyrenovationsok.com with the invoice number and we'll sort it out.
